Dial House is a place of sanctuary open 6pm–2am Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Visitors can access Dial House when they are in crisis. Visitors can relax in a homely environment and can also have an hour of one to one support from the team of Crisis Support Workers.

If you have visited before, you must contact us first

between 6pm and 7:30pm on the night you want to visit:

ring 0113 260 9328, or text 07922 249 452

From 7:30pm:

call Connect on 0808 800 12 12 to request a late visit.

If it is your first visit, you can turn up at the door from 6pm until 9pm

(though you will have to wait until 7:30pm for support, due to staff meetings).

After 9pm we may have already allocated all our space for that evening, so please call and speak to us first (we don’t like having to turn people away from the door).

At Dial House we have a family room, so parents in crisis can bring children with them. We also transport visitors to and from the house by taxi, to make their journey safe and comfortable.

We can also support Deaf visitors using BSL.
