How to visit Dial House

If you wish to visit Dial House, please call 0113 260 9328 on the night you want to come.

(You can also text us on 07922 249 452 and we will call you back).

We usually take requests from people who want to come between 6pm and 7pm on the night. However, since July/August this year (2019), we’ve become incredibly busy. Some nights we’d taken our limit of requests by 6:15. Things have eased off a little now but it is still better to get in touch sooner rather than later.

If we are full when you call, do not fear – we always try to hold back some space later in the evening. So if it’s after 7pm and you’re new, please contact connect on 0808 800 12 12 stating that you wish to visit Dial House for the first time.

If you’re a returning visitor, please contact Connect from 9pm. We make decisions about the late spaces at 9:30pm.

If it is your first visit, you can turn up at the door between 6pm and 7pm, though you may have to wait until 7:45 for support (due to meetings and staff breaks). However, it is better if you can phone in advance due to us being very busy. If you’ve been before and turn up at the door  – sorry – we will take your referral and ask you to leave until our meeting ends at 7:30pm.

BSL users – text us on 07922 249 452 and we will ask an interpreter to come in. We do not have BSL crisis staff on shift.
