Project Description
Leeds Oasis – Crisis Specialist Workers (Casual)
We are looking to recruit Crisis Specialist Workers (Casual) at Leeds OASIS, a 24/7 residential crisis service, delivered in partnership with Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust. Casual staff work across the day, weekends and nights to cover sickness and leave. Shifts are generally 8 or 10 hours long.
Accessibility: Please note, this role is based in a three storey building which does not have lift access and staff are required to move regularly between floors throughout their shift to check on and support guests using the service.
The successful candidate(s) must be able to safely and promptly access all areas of the building, including via stairs, and respond to emergency situations when required. This may include providing first aid or assisting until emergency services arrive. Full first aid training will be provided. The role involves frequent use of stairs and may occasionally require a rapid response to incidents occurring elsewhere in the building.
Pay – £16.58 per hour (incl 12.07% in lieu of holiday pay).
